Learn how to attract and keep members in your club.
There is a wide range of membership-focused courses available in the My Rotary Learning Center. While it is not expected that the president completes all of these courses, membership remains a critical priority for attracting and retaining members. Ideally, each club should have a Membership Director and a dedicated subcommittee leading this important area of work.
As part of PELD, a representative from the Regional Membership Team will present on membership. We encourage you to take these ideas, along with information about the courses available in the Rotary Learning Center, back to your club and use them to develop a clear plan for attracting and retaining members during your year. These objectives should be incorporated into your club’s strategic plan.
