About email in ClubRunner Nova

ClubRunner Nova includes a built-in email system that allows clubs to send professional, trackable communications directly to members and selected groups. Instead of using personal email accounts, ClubRunner keeps all communication connected to your club’s official records.
You can:

• Send emails to all members, committees, or selected individuals
• Use up-to-date member contact details automatically
• Personalise messages (e.g. first name fields)
• Attach documents or link to events
• Track delivery and email statistics

Using ClubRunner email helps ensure:

• Consistency in communication
• Transparency for leadership
• Accurate distribution lists
• A record of what has been sent
   

If you cannot see the Email or Communication menu, your role may not include email permissions — your ClubRunner Administrator can update this if needed.
